GST Self Help Portal

Previously, taxpayers were able to email the helpdesk for any concerns and grievances, however, the government on January 22nd, 2018 introduced a new Self Help Portal to all taxpayers for any GST related queries.  The helpdesk is no longer available and for any grievances or issues faced on the GST portal.

Users can now raise their concerns on:

The Helpdesk is available:

  • For users to register their complaints by raising a ticket
  • To reach faster resolution by enabling the taxpayer in providing all the information, screenshots, or uploading any relevant documents to reach a satisfying solution
  • Using the ticket number, taxpayers can see the status of his/her request and reasons if their ticket is closed
  • A comprehensive FAQ section, which can answer most common problems faced by user, which can be viewed by selecting the sub/category pertaining to the issue.
