Online banking is possibly one of the greatest conveniences of the present day. No more standing in endless queues wasting time. Now from the comfort of your home, you can manage all your financial transactions, which is why many banks have added the option enabling customers to complete their e-verification directly through their net banking portal. SBI customers can take now advantage of this feature and save time spent on posting your verification to CPC in Bangalore.

Step 1: After logging into your SBI account, select “e-tax” option on the top menu bar.

Step 2: From the e-Tax section, select “Login to e-Filing” under State Govt. Taxes.

Step 3: Now select your account number used for your e-filing.

Step 4: Next, you will be prompted to enter the high-security password sent to your mobile. After entering the OTP, click on the “Confirm” button. If you did not receive your high-security password select “Click to resend the SMS” button.

Step 5: Take a moment to review your account number and PAN details before selecting the “Confirm” button and being redirected to the Income Tax website.

Step 6: Review your details and select the “e-Verify” option from the Income Tax site.

Step 7: You will be asked to verify all the information provided by clicking on the “Continue” button.
